Andy Hughes CTO

Andy founded Intelligence Hosting Services Limited in 2017 as a complementary offering to his existing successful Refurbished Enterprise Hardware Reseller Intelligent Brokerage Limited.

After gaining vast amounts of knowledge whilst employed by the HBOS Banking Group in the Data Centre Management Team, Andy built up a solid foundation on how to construct, configure and maintain Tier 4 Data Centres.

Andy plays a key role in the strategic and ongoing development of Intelligence Hosting Services, maintaining key customer relationships, designing and implementing solutions for customers based around our 5 major product offerings.

Scott Lynch CEO

Scott joined the Royal Air Force in 2001 to work within Telecommunications, he completed tours in Afghanistan and Iraq during his service. In 2012 he was drafted into the RAFs newly formed IT and Communications trade, over the next few years he completed many key roles and training across all the Air Forces technical positions.
Leaving the Air force in 2005 to pursue an IT career within the education sector. Scott fulfilled many IT and Network Manager roles in various highly rated Schools and Colleges for the next eleven years before leaving to start his own consultancy company working with locals government, Multi Academy Trusts and Schools.
Within his consultancy role Scott has transformed many Educations clients’ networks and server infrastructures.

Scott now heads up and overseas the ongoing development and strategic planning for Intelligence Hosting Services whilst also developing customer relationships along with designing and implementing solutions for new and existing customers.

Matthew Vincent Data Centre Management

Matthew joined our sister company Intelligent Brokerage Limited in 2011 and transitioned over to Data Centre Management at the conception of Intelligence Hosting Services in 2017.

Matthew has a vast array of knowledge with HPE, Dell and Cisco Enterprise Hardware. Heading up a small team, he helps build and install customer hardware and helps build and maintain the Intelligence Hosting Services core network, infrastructure and services.

Fatlum Ibrahimi Data Centre & Infrastructure Engineer

Fatlum also joined from our sister company Intelligent Brokerage Limited to head up and oversees our Data Centre Infrastructure maintenance and monitoring.

Sticking to a strict schedule Fatlum and his team monitor all components that keep the Data Centre running including our physical security operations and access control policies.

Amy Smith Operations & HR

Amy has exceptional experience and a solid skill set in both business operations, business management along with a human resources degree. She oversees the day to day running of Intelligence Hosting Services and adheres to and responds to any staffing needs, ranging from training requirements, new job position openings and most importantly, arranging the Christmas parties!

Melanie Antonitis Accounts

Mel has extensive experience and a solid skill set in Accounting and Finance. Originally from the American banking sector, Mel keeps control of the books and helps oversee and guide the business on any CapEx and OpEx expenditure requirements.
